Hey buddy! I know of a Consensus Service in San Diego called Top Consensus Sports and they have done me well over the last five years and they have been in business for over ten years. I'm not sure if you're looking for a consensus which has 50 different services because this one doesn't. They have what they think are the best five services and you get all of the plays for $695. The services are Northcoast, Blazer sports, Sycamore sports, Probability sports, and The Gold Sheet. They also have a system which they have studied of how to best utilize each service for their strengths which consistantly have hit around 60-65% since I've been with them. That also elimimates you from having to look at 20-30 plays and decide what to do. But, the plays are there to do whatever you want. That is just a suggestion. Walt...I think you are right. I am fairly certain Sycamore and Blazer are owned by the same entity. I think they were behind the rating guide. It is an ugly industry.
As for Gold Sheet being one of the top 5 in the country, that is laughable. If TC uses them it is only because their name draws attention. Watch their plays this year - it is not pretty.

Hey guys....thanks for the insite on the Blazer, Sycamore thing. I didn't know that at all if it is true. Well, anyway like I said this service has done me pretty well since I've had them, so that's pretty much what matters to me whether they are the same service or not. Also, the guys at TC have a pretty consistant system that has you only play the services strength plays so you're not stuck playing every single play they release which in my opinion is too many plays and a losing weekend could put you in the hole real fast, but they eliminate that with the system they have developed. I do wish all of you the best of luck and I was just trying to give "KILLER" an idea for a Consensus service. And as for "The Gold Sheet" being a top 5 service...I don't know about that either because this will be the first year they are using them since switching from using Doc Sports Enterprises. I will be cautious with The Gold Sheet picks since from what I hear they aren't that good, but we'll see maybe they'll have a good year. It's always good to get good information. Thanks guys!!!

Hey guys...I had a couple questions for you all if you wouldn't mind responding. Have any of you heard of "Brian Mac" the sports service?? He claims to have connections to the "High Roller" gamblers who he pays for their picks and gives them to his clients. Something of that sort. I tried him out last year and it wasn't anything special. It was actually a pain in the butt the way he did it because you would have to call in 5-6 times a day for his picks because he ran what you would call a real late phone service. Anyway, that's just real hard to plan your entire Saturday and Sunday around that crap when you have a family and the picks aren't even that good. I just wanted to know if anyone knew of him and wanted some feedback.
Also, just like Killer is asking, who runs a good consensus service that is respectable? I'm not looking for a service who gives out a hundred picks and you're stuck deciding what to do. I think that's when you get yourself in trouble. I've been there....thanks guys!!

One more thing to add to all of you who might benefit from this...Brian Mac has a Consensus Line that he does for free every Saturday and Sunday during football season. He gives you a ton of the respectable services picks that includes all of the cappers on the tv shows, Fiest, Cokin, Spritzer. Most of the good services: Doc's, Blazer, Winning Points, California Sports, Kelso Sturgeon, etc. You'll recognize mostly all of them and you get a ton of picks for free. Try it out if you want to. Paying these guys is a joke, they or all the same service. I had to have my phone changed twice because i got twenty calls a day, ruied my home life. Concensus picks just confuse you, it is your money spend it on bets. I had a guy call me and said shoot me 5.000 on my visa for a game that had alredy started. Giving you a free weeek if they loose should be a tip off. I f they know the winners they would just bet the games and not need your money. Watch out for Notre Dame this year, best defence they have ever had, and speed to burn at the wide outs, 8 deep and Julios Jones is back.
I agree with you Tomone about those calls!! They are a pain in the a**!! The service I go through doesn't do that one bit. I don't even deal with those single name guys. I know many people like yourself don't like any services, but I'm just speaking from my experience with the one I have which has made me a nice amount of $$ the last few years. I feel like I'm not out of control with a ton of plays and it's very straight forward. Do what they say and stay consistant with that and you'll have a good season. Anyway, good luck to you!!!!
